Our Policies

Code of conduct

At Delta Frost Productions, our primary objective is to create a safe, welcoming space for the local ABDL community in Chicago. To uphold this commitment, we have established strict guidelines to ensure the safety, respect, and enjoyment of all event attendees.

In the event of an incident, we take all reports seriously and will assess each case on an individual basis. Our team will thoroughly investigate the details of the situation, considering all factors involved. Depending on the severity, violations may result in a variety of actions, including removal from the event and either a temporary or permanent ban.

We expect all attendees to comply with instructions from volunteers, venue personnel, and DFP staff. If you have any concerns or require further clarification, please reach out to DFP staff wearing yellow lanyards or venue staff as soon as possible.

Your cooperation in following these rules ensures the integrity and safety of our community. We value your commitment to maintaining a respectful environment for all, and we look forward to your participation in creating an inclusive, supportive space for everyone.

consent policy

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment, unwanted touch, or any form of non-consensual behavior. Consent is the foundation of our events, and all interactions—whether verbal, physical, or otherwise—must be mutual, enthusiastic, and respected at all times.

Our events operate under a "No means no" and "Only yes means yes" approach, meaning consent must be clearly given, and hesitation or silence is not an invitation for further engagement. If at any point someone withdraws consent, their decision must be immediately respected.

Anyone who violates these policies will be removed from the event without refund, and repeat offenses may result in a permanent ban from future events. Our goal is to create a space where everyone feels safe, respected, and free to enjoy themselves without fear of judgment or harm.

Our staff will be wearing yellow branded lanyards with name badges. Please report issues to the bar staff if you cannot locate DFP staff.

incident policy

At Delta Frost Productions, we are dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. Our community is built on mutual respect, and we take any breaches of this commitment very seriously. The following policy outlines how we handle incidents to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees.

Reporting an Incident

If you witness or experience an incident at one of our events, we encourage you to report it immediately to our staff. This can include any form of harassment, unsafe behavior, or any situation that compromises the safety or enjoyment of the event. Reports can be made to any DFP staff member (wearing yellow branded lanyards at all events) or directly to venue personnel. We take all reports seriously, and your confidentiality and safety will be prioritized.

While we encourage you to report the incident immediately, we understand that it is sometimes difficult to do so at the event, or you may need to get away from the situation first. You can use our Incident Report Form to report an incident following an event.

Investigation Process

Upon receiving an incident report, our team will conduct a thorough and fair investigation. Each case will be reviewed individually, taking into consideration all the facts, context, and any available evidence. Our goal is to handle each situation fairly, respectfully, and with the seriousness it deserves.

Potential Consequences

Depending on the nature and severity of the incident, the following actions may be taken:

  • Warning: For minor or first-time violations, the individual may receive a verbal or written warning.

  • Removal from the Event: In cases of more severe behavior, the individual may be asked to leave the event immediately.

  • Temporary Ban: For repeat offenses or severe incidents, the individual may receive a temporary ban from future events.

  • Permanent Ban: In the case of particularly serious or egregious violations, a permanent ban from all future events may be enforced.

Behavioral Expectations

We expect all attendees to adhere to the following standards of behavior:

  • Respect: Treat others with kindness and respect, both physically and verbally.

  • Consent: Always obtain clear, enthusiastic consent for any interaction.

  • Safety: Actively contribute to a safe environment for all participants.

  • Compliance: Follow instructions from volunteers, venue personnel, and DFP staff.

Ongoing Commitment

Delta Frost Productions is committed to fostering a community where all individuals can feel safe, respected, and included. We continually strive to improve our policies and event practices to ensure that every experience with us is positive.

By attending our events, you are contributing to the positive and supportive atmosphere we work hard to maintain. We appreciate your cooperation in upholding these standards and thank you for being a part of our community.

If you have any further questions or concerns regarding our incident policy, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Personal Care and Hygiene Policy

We strive to maintain a clean, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all attendees. Wearing visible diapers is completely acceptable at most of our events, especially Diaper Up. Please check individual event details for any specific dress code requirements.

Hygiene and cleanliness are top priorities. Defecation is strictly prohibited at our events or in any public setting, as maintaining good hygiene ensures a comfortable experience for everyone. We understand that medical necessities are a reality for some individuals, and we encourage those needing accommodations to inform us in advance. If an accident occurs, attendees are expected to clean up immediately and discreetly. Our team is available to assist with the quick and hygienic removal of waste to maintain a sanitary space for all.

Diaper changes should only take place in designated changing areas, and used diapers must be disposed of properly in designated trash bins. Leaving them in open spaces or general waste areas is not permitted. Additionally, flushing diapers or similar items down toilets will be considered an intentional act of property damage. Anyone found doing so will be immediately removed from the event and may face a permanent ban from both the venue and future Delta Frost Productions events.

By following these guidelines, we can ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere for all attendees. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful and enjoyable environment.

Dress Code Policy

Our events do not have a required dress code! You’re welcome to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident. Whether it’s casual attire, kink-friendly gear, or themed outfits, we encourage self-expression.

However, some basic requirements may apply, such as the need for shoes or body coverage in certain areas. Please check individual event details for any specific guidelines set by the venue.

We ask that all attendees be mindful of others and ensure their attire aligns with the event’s atmosphere and venue policies. If you’re unsure about what’s appropriate, feel free to reach out for clarification.

COAT AND Bag Policy

We encourage guests to leave large bags and oversized jackets at home whenever possible. Space is often limited, and bringing only what you need helps keep the event area accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Bag Checks & Security

All bags, regardless of size, are subject to search by DFP and/or venue staff to maintain a safe and secure environment. Refusal to comply with bag checks may result in denied entry.

Storage & Venue Policies

Suitcases and excessively large bags may be turned away depending on the venue’s coat/bag check capacity. If storage is available, it will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

For events held at Jackhammer, there is a $2 fee per item for bag, coat, and/or clothes check bins. Coat check is located upstairs, while clothing check is available in The Hole (basement bar). Please plan accordingly.

Check individual event details for specific venue policies, and pack light to make your experience as smooth as possible!

Age Policy

Delta Frost Productions is an adult event production company, and all attendees must be of legal age at the time of entry—no exceptions.

Most of our events are 21+ due to being held in venues that serve alcohol. However, some events may take place in 18+ community spaces. Since age restrictions vary by event and venue, attendees should always check individual event details to confirm eligibility.

A valid government-issued ID is required for entry to all events. IDs will be checked at the door, and failure to provide proper identification will result in denied entry. Misrepresenting your age will lead to immediate removal from the event.

Alcohol, Drug, AND Intoxication Policy

Underage consumption, illegal drug use, possession, or sales, as well as excessive intoxication, will not be tolerated, regardless of venue. Anyone found consuming alcohol underage, using or distributing illegal substances, or displaying disruptive levels of intoxication will be immediately removed from the event without refund and may be banned from future events.

We expect all attendees to act responsibly, respect venue policies, and follow all local laws. Any violations will be taken seriously and addressed accordingly.

Ticket And Refund Policy

See each event for specific ticket details, as not all of our events require tickets. For events that do, tickets will be available for purchase at the door, subject to venue capacity.

When you arrive at the event, you will need to present a pre-purchased ticket (when available) or purchase a valid ticket at the door along with a photo ID to gain entry. Please note that once you enter the event, no refunds will be issued, no matter the circumstances. By entering the event, you are agreeing to this policy.

If you purchase a ticket in advance, it will be valid for entry at any time during the event’s scheduled hours. However, no refunds will be issued for late arrivals.

For those who purchase tickets in advance, refunds must be requested through the ticket purchasing site and will only be granted up to 48 hours before the event start time. After this period, no refunds will be provided for any reason.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an event, we will notify ticket holders and process refunds. Once the event has started, however, no refunds will be provided.

Photography and media Policy

At Delta Frost Productions, we want to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable and respected. While photos are allowed at our events, it is essential that all participants' privacy is respected. If you wish to take photos or record videos, please ensure you have the explicit consent of others before doing so.

At Diaper Up, photos are permitted upstairs in the main bar and rec room area. We often set up a photo-booth in this area and encourage attendees to take photos and tag Diaper Up on social media. However, photos and video are strictly prohibited in The Hole (basement bar) to maintain privacy and respect for everyone in that space.

Additionally, a professional photographer may be on hand to capture moments throughout the event for those who wish to participate. If you prefer that your face be cropped or blurred out in any photos, please let the photographer know beforehand, and they will be happy to accommodate your request.

We also ask that you refrain from sharing any photos or videos featuring other attendees on social media or otherwise unless you have their express permission. This helps ensure everyone’s privacy and comfort while enjoying the event.

Anyone intentionally breaking photo consent with the intent to harass or harm another person will be considered engaging in harassment. Delta Frost Productions takes these matters seriously, and we will work with any necessary authorities to address the situation appropriately.

We want everyone to feel at ease and have a great time.
